My life has been interwoven with the fabric of the church. As a youth leader, I had a unique vantage point, seeing not only the incredible dedication of pastors and administrators but also their quiet, unseen burden. I watched as their passion for ministry often became entangled in the mundane demands of management.
Days that should have been spent counseling, teaching, and connecting with the congregation were instead consumed by the tedious work of tracking donations, updating membership lists, and crafting newsletters. The spirit of their calling, so vibrant and essential, was often dimmed by the endless administrative tasks that piled up on their desks.
For eight years, my professional world was defined by the logic and structure of code. As a software developer, I built systems that streamlined complex processes for businesses. Yet, the memory of those pastors—their struggles and their unwavering commitment—stayed with me. I began to see a purpose for my skills that was deeply personal.
